1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkr356 ("pkr356", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pkr356 website located at pkr356.net and all associated gaming, betting, account, and payment services offered thereon.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on pkr356. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identity details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pkr356 reserves the right to merge, close, and void all accounts held by the same individual, forfeiting any balances associated with duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

4. Deposits & Payments

4.2 Currency

All account balances, transactions, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are displayed and processed in PKR. Where USDT TRC20 is used as a deposit channel, the equivalent PKR value will be calculated at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction as displayed in the cashier. pkr356 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and any subsequent conversion.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance (excluding any locked bonus funds) at any time via the pkr356 cashier, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

The general bonus conditions set out below apply to all pkr356 promotions unless a specific offer's terms expressly state otherwise.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. 6.4 Changes to Promotions

pkr356 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change does not retroactively affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account and subject to active wagering.

7. Betting Rules

All sports and esports bets placed on pkr356 are subject to the following general betting rules. Specific sport and market rules are published in the pkr356 sportsbook and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bets are final once confirmed. pkr356 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or cash out a bet after it has been accepted, unless a Cash Out option is explicitly made available for that specific market.

11. Intellectual Property

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr356 excludes all liability for:

Where pkr356's liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, pkr356's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the total value of your deposits in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant incident.

The pkr356 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkr356 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any content on it.

13. Termination

13.1 Closure by You

You may close your pkr356 account at any time by contacting live support or submitting a written closure request via the account settings panel. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. Verified available balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

13.2 Suspension or Closure by pkr356

pkr356 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where pkr356 reasonably determines that:

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr356 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing jurisdiction's dispute resolution framework.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pkr356 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or platform integrity.

15. Changes to These Terms

pkr356 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pkr356 will provide reasonable notice via a notice displayed on the platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the pkr356 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the revised Terms take effect.
